Listen to an EPUB
EPUB is the most common ebook format. LeziBook reads it aloud with the contents, pictures, tables and footnotes intact, and the sentence being read lights up on the page.
Three steps
- Open the EPUB Pick a file on your phone, or tap Share in another app and choose LeziBook. Chapters follow the contents of the book.
- Pick a voice Open Voices, preview and download one over Wi-Fi. There are eleven Vietnamese AI voices and a light voice of about 60 MB for older phones. Until you download one, the app uses the phone's own voice.
- Press play Sound in under two seconds. The sentence being read lights up; tap any sentence and the app reads from there. It keeps reading with the screen off, with controls on the lock screen.
Can it read books bought on Kindle?
No. Books bought on Kindle and similar stores usually carry copy protection (DRM). LeziBook tells you it cannot open them and does not remove the lock. Unlocked books, public-domain books and your own documents work normally.
Where do I get EPUB books?
Open the Store in the app: close to a thousand free books, clear to share, with Vietnamese and English classics. Tap Listen now and the book lands in your library.
Does it need the internet?
No. Download a voice once over Wi-Fi; after that reading, listening and the sentence highlight all run on the phone, even in airplane mode. The book file never leaves the device.
